New House, Common Platt, Wiltshire

A new detached 5 bedroom house, all with en-suite bathrooms, double garage and extensive games room.

The house replaced a small bungalow which occupied the large site.

Planning permission was obtained at Planning Appeal following refusal of the original planning application due to the increase in size of the new dwelling in comparison with the existing bungalow, which was against planning policy.

We successfully demonstrated that the design would be appropriate to the location to over-turn the refusal of planning permission.
