Nythe Primary School Extension
Swindon

An extension to provide a new main entrance, foyer,
reception and offices to a primary school.
The design features a flat roof to fit in with the existing school building, and materials requiring minimal maintenance were specified.
The project was carefully designed to ensure that the building work could be completed in the summer holidays, using a timber frame and pre-fabricated elements.
The building work was completed on time and on budget ready for the start of the school year.
The project also included a new flagpole for the school to display their coveted "Eco-schools" flag.
