We offer the full architectural service from conception of an idea to completion of the building, although we will tailor our service according to your requirements, as we understand that not all projects require all our services.

Broadly, our services are divided into 3 main sections:

1. Concept design:
This starts with a visit to meet the client and discuss the project, often free of charge (dependant on location !). Once appointed the next step is to carry out a digital measured survey of the building or site, then to produce feasibility or sketch designs and an informal approach to the local planning authority, (if appropriate).

2. Detailed design & consents
Work up the design to a level required to submit for the required legal consents such as planning permission or listed building consent.
Prepare CAD drawings and 3-D models if required to understand the design or convey it to others.
Recommend energy saving measures associated with the design.
Add the technical detail required for obtaining building regulations approval.
Liaison with consultant engineers to ensure a co-ordinated design.

3. Delivery
Obtaining detailed cost of the work, appointing a contractor and administering the building contract during construction to a successful conclusion.
