Extensive alterations, re-modelling and extensions to a farmhouse in an edge of village location. The design centres on a large glazed gable which opens onto a new external terrace, taking advantage of wonderful countryside views, with a double height space internally, accommodating the kitchen, dining and living space. The design also featured conversion of the large loft space into three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and renovation of a swimming pool below. The house received “Highly Commended” in the LABC Wessex region 2014 awards.
