Liddington, Wiltshire

Completed 2019

A new build 5 bedroom home replacing an existing house on the site. This generous property sits on an elevated plot with views over the Wiltshire Downs. Externally, vernacular materials have been used in a contemporary way, to ensure the home sits comfortably in it’s surroundings, and internally the spaces are large and filled with light, with access to the rear terraced garden. The design features triple glazing and mechanical ventilation to achieve an EPC “A” rating. The house was a Regional Finalist in the 2020 LABC awards and won “Best New House” award from Swindon Borough Council awards 2020.
